This policy explains what Yes Co Marketing collects when you use yescomarketing.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than in the usual boilerplate.
Who we are
Yes Co Marketing is a digital marketing agency at Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd Road, Al Shati Al Gharbi, Dammam, 32413, Saudi Arabia. For anything in this policy, write to hello@yescomarketing.com.
What we collect
Only two things, and both because you gave them to us:
- Enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, company, what you are interested in, your budget range and your message. These come from the contact form.
- Newsletter sign-ups — your email address, if you tick the box or use the subscribe field.
Our web server also keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and secure. If you leave a comment, WordPress stores it along with your IP address.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to quote for and deliver the work.
- To send you the occasional marketing email, but only if you asked for it.
- To keep the site secure and to spot abuse of the contact form.
We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
The site sets a short-lived cookie after you send an enquiry, which stops the same form being submitted repeatedly. If you log in to the site, WordPress sets session cookies. Nothing on this site is used to track you across other websites.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are stored on this website and emailed to our own inbox. Beyond our hosting provider and email provider, who process it on our behalf, nobody outside the company sees it. We will only hand over data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for three years so we have a record of the conversation, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are rotated within a few months.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@yescomarketing.com and we will deal with it within thirty days. If you subscribed to anything, every email we send carries an unsubscribe link that works.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than slipped in.
